CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF OPTOMETRY STUDENTS

Register to be a CAOS Student Member

Students must register through this form, await a confirmation e-mail, then proceed to pay for a CAOS membership on our Student Membership page to complete registration for a CAOS Student Membership.

Currently, CAOS Student Memberships and registrations are only open for UWOVS optometry students.

We hope to expand to encompass more optometry schools in the future.

Provincial Associations work hard to be your voice of optometry in your province by advocating and educating on your behalf. Students are encouraged to keep up to date with their province, or provinces of interest and receive various membership benefits as affiliates.

Please check off which associations you would like to be affiliated with:

Alberta Association of Optometrists (AAO)

British Columbia Association of Optometrists (BCAO)

Manitoba Association of Optometrists (MAO)

New Brunswick Association of Optometrists (NBAO)

Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists (NSAO)

Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Optometrists (NLAO)

Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)

Saskatchewan Association of Optometrists (SAO)

I understand that as a member of CAOS, I am able to register for a CAO Student Membership and have access to their benefits and resources as well. A link to registering with CAO will be provided in an email after submitting payment.
